Excellent location. Good choice of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Warm showers

No effective wifi it only works near the elevator. No wifi in rooms. Hotel is tired needs updating. Breakfast is hardly edible.

No aircoditioning in rooms..Bathrooms are dated..shower floor had no non skid mats...towels looked “dingy”..(did not use them.. brought our own)

None, poor service dilapidated window curtain, lights in room not functioning. No hair dryer which is essential, very thin soap, no complimentary basic bathroom needs. Very thin toilet paper given. So underrated amenities

staff are nice and easy to talk to. location was also very central to many landmarks in baguio.

there were cockroaches in the room, hot water supply was limited, and there were stains on the bed sheets.

Location is not too bad. Other then that , if you have any choice , just avoid this hotel.

It’s dirty. The mirrors haven’t been cleaned at all with all the finger marks and just grubby really. The towels were stained and just really old and the funny thing is on checked out I’ve witnessed that the staff were harassing an old couple that a towel was missing in their room ! The cheek!!! No one wants your towel to be honest! Poor old couple. There was no itemised of how many towels are there on arrival so how are the guests to know ?! Just felt that is too shady and for them to confront the poor couple for everyone who’s checking out to hear it is just out of order!

Staff are very friendly. Good inclusions like iron and other basic necessities when traveling. Unlimited drinkable water supply is also very good.

The beds somewhat are not totally satisfying. We feel that there maybe bed bugs because both me and my friend is itching when we went to bed and my friend got small red bites that are similar to bed bugs bites. Two days and yet we’re still itching and had to put Katinko to relieve the itchiness. When we’re not in the bedroom, there’s no itchiness but once we lay down again in the bed we get itchy again. So it really must be the bed. Please do something about it because we do like to come back when we have Baguio trips now and then. Also the breakfast, not tasty at all. We have to just settle with Pancake because the other options are not good. :( I hope there’ll be an option to include or not the breakfast if the cooking will be the same. Thank you.

The staff are friendly and accomodating.

No wifi access in room. Was advised wifi is only accessible in each floor's lobby area, however upon checking still no wifi. Also, it was noisy due to dogs and goats near the hotel.

My daughter stayed in Albergo Hotel i just payed for it. As i leave o/s, she told me she has a pleasant stay. Im writing the review just to express my gratitude to the lady ( forgive i didnt get your name or rather i forgot about it) For a long weekend, she arrived late and ive informed the hotel. They were very helpful to make her welcome at 4 in the morning. I say very good customer service/communications. Thank you. I always visit Baguio whenever im in the Philippines. I'll make sure i'll used your hotel next time.

What was the highlight of Albergo Hotel

1). Front desk personnel, F&B and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. 2). The shower heater actually works. 3). Location is close to a few attractions in Baguio.

1). Soundproofing is non-existent. Internal walls and partitions are flimsy that you can hear the noises (footsteps, tv, furniture being moved, etc.) coming from adjacent rooms and the hallway. If you're looking forward to a good night sleep after a day of driving you won't find it here. 2). Bedding looks clean but I don't know why it makes me feel itchy all over, 3). The hotel advertises free parking without need for reservation and this is one of the reasons why I booked a room in this hotel. It was only when we got there that we learned that hotel parking is limited and on a first come, first served basis. 4). Complimentary breakfast is disappointing. It is no better than the P50 "silog" meals served in carenderias. 5). Apparently they only have one wifi router per floor and the range is limited to the common area of each floor. 6). Finally, I think their rate is a bit overpriced considering the quality and quantity of their facilities. I could book a 3-star hotel with pool, fitness center, good wifi and buffet breakfast for two for that rate or even less elsewhere in the Philippines.

I like the way the staff greet the guest and smile. Make guest feel comfortable on their stay. Well the food is great my daughter said cause she and her aunt ate on the cafeteria, coz I prefer only coffee in the morning while watching.

No automatic cleaner for the room, I guess their standard is on call basis. But it's ok. Probably it's the hotel policy.

The couch only. The view from the couch is beautiful.

The crew are not helpful. They saw me holding a lot of bags and even asked them where my room is but they didnt mind offering help. I even had difficulty in walking because my leg was in pain. But still they didnt mind helping me. I also tried to talk to the guard if i can occupy the nearest parking because i have difficulty in walking but they just smile as if i was just joking. Then a car from other customer came and park in that nearestbparking area. Their facilities were awful. The hallway is not clean. The restaurant is not presentable. The food are not good. In short, the hotel is not worth the price. Its expensive and you cannot expect good service in return.
